Job Description

We are expanding our team and we are looking for an EU Programmatic Senior Account Executive to build and manage relationships with our growing roster of programmatic demand partners in Europe. In this role, you will own the operational relationships with a portfolio of key clients. You will oversee all communications, training and handle expectation management for these partners. You will also work with the AdsWizz commercial team to develop and execute our product and sales strategy across your client base, while staying up to date on new product releases and shape new feature requests. On behalf of these clients, you will troubleshoot operational issues and work closely with Product and Engineering. You will also be the main point of contact for your clients on issue resolution. In this role, you will retain and grow existing clients, as well as support pre-sales efforts with new prospects. Over time, you will become an evangelist for both digital audio and AdsWizz products. Roles & Responsibilities: Own the rollout and on boarding of clients Build strategic relationships with key decision makers at agency trading desks and other sources of programmatic demand across Europe Build trust with clients' trading teams by positioning yourself as a platform specialist Regularly interact with clients using our platform to provide assistance, training and sound advice Act as contact point for clients requiring assistance with briefs and campaigns strategy Provide expert advice on campaign management, and help traffic campaigns as and when needed Offer best practices to ensure maximum throughput of clients' investment through the platform QA, monitor and optimize client campaigns as needed to ensure full delivery Help clients grow existing advertisers, close new ones, and increase revenue Hold regular meetings with clients and ensure they are committed to the AdWizz platform Understand clients' needs and actively advocate on their behalf to our product organization Work closely with Tech Support for timely resolution of client issues Maintain service excellence through effective client communication Support business development team by participating in new prospect calls as and when needed Contribute in evangelizing the benefits of digital audio as part of the media mix Required skills: Fluent in English and German 2+ years hands on experience in an online/digital programmatic SAAS A solid understanding of the programmatic marketplace & current trends Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to maintain workflow and self-prioritise tasks effectively to hit deadlines without need for micro-management Successful track record in adapting to new environments Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships Strong presentation, organisational, process and analytical skills Strong interest in audio and technology (do you listen to the radio or podcasts?)
