The Team The Solutions Project Management Office team is responsible for ensuring that business-sponsored programs and projects are planned, managed and governed in a consistent, transparent and disciplined manner with a focus on high quality execution and client experience. Why you'll love this job As a member of the Solutions Project Management Office team you will be responsible for managing programs, as well as individual key strategic projects, for the DTCC Solutions business. The position requires an experienced professional with the right mix of relevant experience and skills, an ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented product development environment. Your responsibilities * Managing programs, or projects, through the life-cycle from initiation through to closing. * Working closely with stakeholders to plan and develop roadmap, scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives * Proactively manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed; identify the 'path to green' * Define program / project governance structure; establish processes and procedures for maintaining proactive program management oversight and decision-making support throughout the entire program life cycle * Develop and manage budget for program / projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives * Ensure organization is operationally ready prior to implementation * Capture stakeholder needs and expectations, gaining and maintaining stakeholder support, and mitigating opposition * Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for more junior team members; mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others Your talents needed for success: * Minimum 10 years related experience * Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience * PgMP, PMP, CSM or similar project management certification preferred * Industry experience would be highly desirable * Project management experience About DTCC: With over 45 years of experience, DTCC is the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry.
