We work with 600+ clients globally including Unilever, L'Occitane, GoPro, Hertz, Avon and Club Med to empower their teams with behavioural insight. As the manager of the Product Experience team in charge of the Northern Europe portfolio, you'll be accountable for the overall health, use cases and retention of our clients. The product experience team is in charge of two key responsibilities, the product adoption and value demonstration. This team is also a key support for the product and collaborates closely with the Product Management team to ensure the roadmap is aligned with client usage and expectations. What you will do: * Support & find solutions to secure the existing client base * Build, follow and support career and development paths for your team * Collaborate with the customer success leader team to support the growth and development of the global team (currently 25 people) * Implement analytics and optimisation best practices within the Product Experience team to drive value and product adoption for our clients * Find new processes and approaches to support the team performance * Support the workflow and manage the internal and external needs to make sure the team is working in the right direction by being data driven * Promoting cross-team knowledge share + centralization of product knowledge * Grow the team and identify the right skill sets * Lead and support high-level internal projects to support the growth of a fast-growing company customer success * Collaborate with the product team to challenge the existing roadmap and make sure it's aligned with the existing client expectations What you need to succeed: * 5+ years experience in an analytical role in eCommerce/Technology/Consulting * 3+ years experience in CRO, Optimization, digital analytics & user experience * Experience of building and managing a team of high-performing quota-carrying individuals with an emphasis on making the customer successful * Problem solver mindset * Strong communication and client-facing experience, as well as a customer-first attitude * Experience working remotely with clients and internal stakeholders, and building relationships via Slack/email/phone/video calls * Passionate about all things tech! * Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment * Excited to work and collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and create new processes and opportunities Nice to haves: * Web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, tagging technologies) * Skills in SQL or other data exploration languages (ie. Python, R) * Experience with BI tools (ie.
