Job Description

Interventional Radiology (IR) or Image Guided Surgery is an exciting and expanding speciality. MSE Group of Hospitals are looking to expand our nursing team. We currently have two full time vacancies for Interventional Radiology Nurses. If you have at least 18 months post registration experience in acute care and an interest in learning to participate in this specialist field of surgery, then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for team players who are hard working, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn new skills. If you have no previous IR experience and whilst you are training you will be working as a band 5, but once you are fully trained and able to work independently, you will be up-banded to a Band 6, where you will be able to support any procedure from a minor ultrasound guided aspiration, right through to a ruptured aneurysm repair and participate in the on-call rota.
