One of the UK's most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army, is looking for a Quality Performance Manager who will support the Quality Improvement Manager (QIM) to implement quality objectives and policies in the operational work of E+ Programmes and delivery of services. As the Quality Performance Manager you will work alongside the Regional Managers and where appropriate Assistant Regional Managers to complete quality/compliance checks and in turn the action plans for improvement that they generate. Key Responsibilities: The Quality Performance Manager will be responsible for monitoring the quality of service delivery and compliance across all contracted and non-contracted areas. They will be expected to review and monitor operations by auditing activities; providing feedback, guidance and training where necessary. The successful candidate will also provide support to the QIM in ensuring the various Quality Standards required (Matrix, ISO9001 and IS027001) are achieved and maintained in line with legislation. The post will be key in promoting professionalisation of staff and will work closely with SISTAD, having an active role in the delivery and/or assessment the industry qualification.
