Position: Quality Assurance Manager Location: UK Job type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £Competitive Excellent Benefits About the role: The Quality Assurance Manager drives improved customer outcomes by managing Quality Assurance throughout the Speciality Division. The role is to ensure our processes are current, accurate and in accordance with FCA Regulations and the Speciality Division procedural standards. The Q A Manager will play an important part of the Quality working party to identify trends, training requirements, process and document improvements. This role sits within the 1st Line of Defence. About you: To be successful for this role you must have a knowledge of understanding of the insurance placement process and the FCA handbook. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to write reports, be computer literate, be organised, have an ability to influence decision makers and have excellent attention to detail.
