ABOUT THE TEAM The Financial Crime Technology department is at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Through the intelligent development and deployment of technology, we aim to prevent financial crime more effectively than traditional banks. We operate in small, nimble teams that are built for scale, speed, and quality. Each unit is responsible for a different pillar of fincrime, giving you the chance to have a real impact on crucial problems that affect millions of people around the world. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll set the vision of the Financial Crime product globally You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of this product You'll hire and manage the product owners of the teams within the department You'll report to the VP of Financial Crime WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have experience in Financial Crime technology You have experience as a Head or Director of Product You have a solid track record of hiring and managing product teams You are hyper logical and love solving complex problems You are curious by nature, have great attention to detail, and love to make things better You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute You hustle, take ownership, and get things done A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
