People Operations Team Leader London Permanent Full-Time; 37.5 hours per week Role reference; HR005 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a new People Operations Team Leader. Right now we're going through an exciting time of organisational change following exceptional growth, which we expect to see continue into the future and beyond. As a member of the People Operations Team you'll play a key role at an exciting time in the development and delivery of our transformational HR service. * You'll embed and manage the people administration team with a major focus on organisational effectiveness. * You'll encourage, promote and drive capability within the team. * You'll ensure the people administration team adheres to both legal standards and in-house procedures at all times. * You'll provide a point of guidance on compliance matters both to the people team and the wider Gamma group. * You'll ensure the people administration team maintain high levels of confidentiality and adherence to data protection at all times. * You'll ensure the team provide a best in class service to various stakeholders within the Gamma group. About You At Gamma, we're passionate about what we do. And we'll need you to be too. You'll have an excellent HR understanding alongside exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. * You'll be highly organised and driven with a desire to succeed. * You'll hold a CIPD qualification or have relevant extensive HR experience at supervisory/team leader level * You'll have excellent previous experience of providing people administration management support to a multi-site, multi-disciplined business. * You'll have experience of running various HR processes alongside providing support for wider HR projects. * You'll have a proven track record in developing and motivating others. * You'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a flair for articulating your thinking. * You'll be Proficient in the use of IT with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook. * You'll be comfortable working effectively and accurately when working to multiple competing deadlines.
