Job Category Legal Job Details Role Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic paralegal to join our Corporate and Securities legal team based in London. This position, Corporate Paralegal, Global Subsidiary Governance, will report to the Director, Global Subsidiary Governance. Responsibilities: Support Director and team with international subsidiary corporate governance and compliance matters. Maintain and organize records and database for international subsidiaries Assist with subsidiary acquisition and integration Coordinate filings with governmental agencies Coordinate with external legal counsel worldwide to ensure local compliance on governance matters Coordinate with internal clients (accounting, tax, treasury, business) to support compliance obligations and business needs. Required Experience: Bachelors' degree and excellent academic credentials 3 or more years' experience as a corporate paralegal or similar role, ideally with experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a public company Experience in subsidiary corporate governance matters Keen attention to detail and a very high standard for accuracy A sound work ethic, efficient working style, and high level of organization.
