Marketing and Communications Director Salary up to £80,000 + 20% bonus + Benefits Nationwide Recruitment Service is looking for an innovative and motivational Group Communications and Marketing Director to fulfil a HANDS ON, OPERATIONAL group role. This is a standalone role within a first-class global EMS business, wholly responsible for digital/ online marketing and communications. The role will be based from home ideally commutable to Birmingham and Home Counties. This is a technical marketeer and communicators role, with previous experience and in-depth knowledge of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). * The role will be responsible to deliver the global marketing for the business and have daily input from the Production Managers, Manufacturing Managers and Engineering Manager around the world. * This role does not have a team so you will need to have the gravitas to develop and deliver the global marketing and communications product with and to the General Mangers and your internal and external stakeholders. * You will be personally responsible for designing and delivering all digital marketing and communications. * REQUIREMENTS * Experience of developing and professional executing the Group marketing strategy on digital/ online platforms. * Marketing analysis experience within an electronic manufacturing business. * Project management experience within EMS * Stakeholder management experience within EMS * Expert in designing and delivering digital marketing and communications within a technical manufacturing or engineering context. * Excellent digital skills including SEO, digital analytics. * Proven track record in driving brand engagement within technical manufacturing or engineering business using digital/ online / SEO. * Experience developing communications and marketing channels gained within a lean manufacturing or engineering business * Expert in MS Powerpoint, Desltop publishing, Adobe indesign and other 365 applications - you will be doing all of your own design/ slideshows/ powerpoints. * You will have the gravitas to deal with internal and external stakeholders and be happy to meet customers on and off site.
