12 month Fixed Term Contract Warwick based Up to £30000 Client Details Public Sector Description As a Marketing Executive, you'll develop and deliver marketing solutions throughout the full customer journey. Your workload will be varied, depending on the departments you look after - you could be working on a new initiatives around programmes one day, and the next creating new campaigns and developing bespoke marketing communications. You'll make decisions based on insight, but have the creative ability to translate data into compelling collateral. It's a fast-paced role which often requires you to work independently - however, your fellow Marketing Executives and wider Marketing team would always be on hand for support, advice and work with you to deliver on behalf of your departments. You'd also be part of a growing Marketing and Communications department, comprising talented individuals with diverse expertise and experience, so you are truly part of a supportive team. Collaborate with colleagues across the oganisation in order to devise, implement and provide content for marketing plans focused on student recruitment. Manage departmental recruitment content across the organisation's core channels, both online (via the departmental webpages, and through CRM) and offline (through communication collateral including brochures and display materials). Be empowered to create your own market research insight and, if necessary, call upon specialist insight expertise within the wider team in order to enhance your work. Undertake any other activities that support the marketing strategy, and support departmental marketing and communications activities such as events. Profile Building excellent relationships with internal and external colleagues is crucial to the success of this role - that's why you'll need to be a top-notch communicator. Marketing Executives also take on a wide variety of requests and projects, so you'll need to bring your excellent organisational skills to the table too.
