Job Description
The newly established Ambulatory Care Division is looking for a permanent Clinical Quality and Safety Lead full time (37.5 hours) to join their team. We are looking for an individual who is a strong clinical leader and can lead the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across the Ambulatory Care Division, providing expert leadership on governance and safeguarding processes. To support the continual improvement of the quality of our services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in clinical care will flourish. The Quality and Safety Lead will be required to participate in the clinical audit programme as well as link in with various projects to provide support and guidance. They will be expected to produce reports and share at the Divisional and Trust board meetings. The post holder will be expected to travel and work across all NUH campuses and the wider health community, including other Trusts in the region.
