Job Description We are looking for a Head of Medical Record Collection to have overall accountability for the efficient and cost effective collection of patient's medical records globally. With 3 direct reports, this key appointment will oversee a newly created team to adequately meet KPIs. Regular travel will be required in this role. Key responsibilities: * Ensure service standards are set, monitored and maintained to meet KPIs and internal International SOS standards * Operational implementation of all data protection standards from our client, International SOS and all applicable national or supra-national legislations. * Liaise with the client stakeholders to resolve issues related to Medical Records collection, either directly or with Program management and In Country Leadership * Work with Digital Innovation leadership to ensure the deployment of digital solutions on a timely and appropriate basis, employing a continuous improvement cycle to ensure best in class and service for the client, provider and beneficiary communities Qualifications Required Skills and Experience * Healthcare, Insurance/Financial Services or Logistics background with a focus on collection/delivery of data or consumer goods, preferably in a compliant environment * Cross border, regional, global responsibilities * Able to work with and within diverse cultures * Bachelors degree; evidence of further study & qualification preferable * Strong business process orientation coupled with creative and innovative mindset * Demonstrable evidence of change management skills * Led cross-border teams to achieve measurable outcomes * Comfortable with digital technologies and data transfer mechanisms * Excellent people management skills * Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable evidence for relationship building * Problem solving, analytical mindset * Compliance ethic * Dynamic and motivated by achievement of Key Performance Objectives Additional Information Here at International SOS we will offer you an interesting, varied and challenging career, where you will have the opportunity to experience working with a diverse range of people.
