Job Description

TrueLayer's Integration Sales team is responsible for onboarding and integrating our clients into our platform. We rely on them to ensure clients are given world-class service with the utmost trust and diligence, and ensure that their experience of using TrueLayer's products exceed their expectations. We are looking for a Head of Integration Sales to lead and manage the team of integration sales managers. They are "Trusted Advisors", working to map out use cases and help our Customers realise value in our service. As Head of Integration Sales you will provide technical guidance, drive integration projects and ensure that customers 'go live'. You will help the team build a strategic direction, roll up your sleeves to execute on it, and be empowered to scale the entire function in the UK. You'll combine your client focused mindset with a creative approach to become a leader and contributor who collaborates with our Leadership team, Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering functions, to optimise for long term value creation. As a Head of Integration Sales you will: * Manage the Integration Sales function, including leading processes and structures to match growth * Lead, coach, and empower your team to do their best work * Ensure that your team is focused and aligned with the company's growth targets * Work with the sales and customer success team to drive day to day Integration project timelines, issues, risks and scope * Troubleshoot bottlenecks within Implementation and actively optimising processes Requirements What we need from you : * Experience of building strong customer relationships, coupled with the market know-how to execute on high quality integrations * Experience with defining technical integration design and solution * Experience with leading technical conference calls/workshops with various team from different regions * Have a sales focused mindset, putting customer experience first in every action you take * Be a strategic, self-driven thinker with the ability to shape and implement processes on a global scale * Be an experienced people manager * Have a proven track record of successful integrations * Ability to prioritise efficiently without compromising on quality * Meet deadlines by being very proactive, resourceful and self-educating * Ability to present to stakeholder and management on technical solutions, current issues and progress Nice to have: * A business management, computer science or technology focussed degree * Any previous work in FinTech, Payments or Financial Services * Any previous work in a SaaS company, specifically specialising in APIs Benefits What you can expect from us: * Competitive salary and meaningful equity in the company * A lovely, spacious, natural light filled office in Clerkenwell * Team lunches on Friday * Flexible hours and remote working * Flexible holiday policy * Generous parental leave * Pension & Health Insurance * Learning & development allowance * Annual retreat & regular team socials * Choice of hardware * (and yes we have both a ping pong table and pool table ) Be your True(Layer) self at work As we go global, we want our team to reflect the diverse and multicultural world we live in.
