Our marketplace hosts a variety of proprietary digital solutions and curated content from industry leaders, startups, vendors and universities. The business has been expertly incubated, and is backed by leading industrial players across the world. Purpose of Role: To support the marketing function at Axora, working with the team to deliver and drive campaigns, events and lead generation, to help grow the business. This is a varied role covering all aspects of marketing - particularly online - and with on-the-job coaching provided. You will join Axora at an exciting time, supporting and driving the launch phase of a well-funded B2B startup. Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Provide input into multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs: SEO, SEM, DSPs, social paid and community/influencer development, email marketing, push notifications, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc. * Create and execute ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Twitter and other relevant online channels * Set up campaign tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, across paid channels * Coordinate, promote and support online events/webinars build engaging landing pages and ads to drive registrants * Support offline events from logistics through to creations of sales materials * Build, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns * Support our Salesforce CRM * Daily management of social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube * Support on briefing content agencies and ensuring deadlines are met * Set up of daily, weekly and monthly internal/external reporting for all digital channels using the native ad platforms and Google Analytics * Analyse marketing campaigns and website usage to maximise marketing effectiveness Desired Expertise and Experience: * A proven track record of success in scaling digital B2B business through cross-channel user acquisition and retention initiatives * Strong experience actively generating new leads for a digital start up or growing and retaining a more mature digital business * Proven experience in both online and offline marketing channels * Solid understanding of SEO and how to align paid media channels including the understanding of onsite technical optimisation and content strategy * Have been responsible for monitoring budgets across multiple digital channels * A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services * Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives * Experience within the oil & gas, metals & mining and energy industries is desirable but not essential * Experience with photo editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma, a huge plus, but not a core requirement
