Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing professional to execute the marketing strategy for Doctorlink with focus on maximising brand awareness within the right targeting audience (public & private sector) and generate high quality business leads to help the sales team hit the commercial targets. If you are an ROI-focused, data-driven digital marketer with demonstrable experience in delivering multichannel digital marketing campaigns and reporting on performance against measurable KPIs, then this is the right opportunity for you: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - To be able to execute digital marketing search strategies (organic & paid) to increase the number of visitors within the right targeting audience to Doctorlink website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results with experience in keyword search, analysis and trends locally and globally in addition to paid advertising experience. Google Analytics : Be able to produce google analytics reports to track the web performance and report on the performance on search campaigns. Social media marketing Content calendar creation and publishing across different social media platforms with the skills to track KPIs and develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of followers through social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. Email Marketing : Be able to produce B2B email marketing campaigns including monthly newsletters, product campaigns and brand campaigns with good understanding of the regulations within the healthcare and GDPR. Affiliate marketing Manage the online presence on affiliate & partners platforms to ensure the content is relevant to the targeting audience and maximise business lead generation. App optimisation : To be able to help with B2C App optimisation campaigns to improve user engagement and increase registrations. Responsibilities * Create and upload content copy and images for the organisation's website and blog with focus on search engine optimisation. * Create and run ROI-driven PPC campaigns. * Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns and report performance. * Create case studies, white papers, and product marketing collaterals. * Help with producing and managing the production for short marketing and product videos. * Provide accurate reports and analysis to the line manager to demonstrate effective ROI. * research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs, webinars and events. * Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting * Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns * Use web analytics (google analytics & Moz) to report on the performance of the website. * Assist with paid media, including liaising with external agencies. * Keep up to date with current digital, health and tech industry trends. * Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities using salesforce. Requirements * Solid experience within (preferably) insurance (health, life, annuity). Healthcare or Healthtech (public or private) * CMS Wordpress or others. * MS office * Google Analytics & Adwords. * Organisational skills. * Social Media Monitoring tools. * Email Marketing tools. * Some basic design skills.
