Job Description

We currently have vacancy for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to work in our Clinical Decision Unit at Charing Cross Hospital. We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individuals who will work well within our established nursing team. The CDU is a fast paced ward area, which covers 16 beds and 2 side rooms. The unit takes its main patients from the Emergency Department, whilst also having an integral 8 bed Acute Frailty Unit and Older People Rapid Access Clinic run by Geriatric Consultant. The post holder will be expected to work with staff to maintain standards in line with Trust and NMC guidelines. You will, in all aspects, be supported by the Sister /Charge Nurse and Ward Manager in the department.
