Overview Reward and Pay Lead Fixed Term Contract (9-12 months) Location: Quorum Business Park, Longbenton 37 hours per week Salary: Competitive Do you want to join us on our future journey? We are delighted to have the following opportunity in our People Team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward and Pay Lead to continue to support us in the achievement of our 5 year strategic plan and the delivery of high quality HR services that provide an outstanding, responsive and customer focussed service. This new role will focus on establishing contemporary pay and reward principles across our business and build and maintain a platform that fits with our values, vision and strategic objectives. The post-holder will support the People Team in the delivery of a professional HR service by providing expert advice and guidance on reward management and best practice. To be successful in this role, you will have an established background in designing and implementing reward frameworks, with experience of developing, managing and supporting pay and reward processes. You'll have experience in job evaluation methodology and conducting reward research and data analysis, both internally and externally and the ability to understand and communicate complex data sets, identify trends and support others to make data driven decisions.
