Job Description
Customer Consultant - German Salary: £21,000 per annum Location: Ringwood Hours: 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, driven individual to join their team Their people are their most valuable asset and they believe in investing in everyone they employ. Accountable for: * Speaking to customers on the telephone, email and webchat * Maintaining data and databases * Providing outstanding customer service * Good understanding of the product to enable advice and support Skills & experience required: * Multilingual German & English both written and verbal * Previous experience of Customer * Competent with Microsoft Office * Team player with a proactive approach * Able to work under pressure & working to strict deadlines * Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team If you would like to be considered for this role please apply now.
