The Work Shop is pleased to be working with a well-known, fast growing business in Ringwood. They are currently recruiting for a German speaking customer service advisor to work in an exciting and dynamic team. Role Responsibilities of the Multilingual Advisor: - • Work on behalf of the German Lottery you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding their account • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner • Responding to client emails • Providing excellent customer service at all times The Ideal Multilingual Advisor Profile: - • Fluent in German and English • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills • Excellent telephone manner • Capable of establishing rapport with customers Ideally suited to candidate looking for the following: Multilingual Roles, German Speaking roles, Customer Service Advisor & Customer Support. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fantastic professional team environment as a Multilingual Advisor, offering an excellent package, such as, BUPA schemes and childcare vouchers.
