With ability and agility at our core, our cutting-edge operations allow us to provide world class customer service to customers such as John Lewis, River Island, Marks & Spencer and PrettyLittleThing.com We are currently supporting the NHS in providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the frontline and looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our high performing team as an MI & Reporting Analyst. Key Accountabilities of the role: * Design and development of MI reports using various technologies (including Excel, BI Tools and internal platforms) * Ensuring all MI is accurate and delivered with agreed timescales * Being a key reporting contact for queries raised by the client * Development of dashboards and service packs i.e. peak pack * Standardisation of all reporting * Working as part of the planning and finance team to provide detailed analysis to drive service and cost improvements * Production of monthly, weekly and daily packs for the Client * Investigate against customer data sets * Work with CI to understand what data sets are required to drive operational improvements Essential experience: * Experience within a similar role * Strong analytical skills * Expert user of Excel (including complex formula, pivot tables, VBA) * Experience in providing business information to tight deadlines Desirable experience: * Experience of a fast-paced E comm Client * Experience of using SQL server * Experience of BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Rebus etc.) From degree programmes, ILM qualifications and various vocational courses, Clipper can offer you a personalised development toolkit to ensure you are getting the most out of your journey with us.
