DATA MIGRATION AND INTEGRATION LEAD is a key component of the Business Process Improvement (BPI) Team. Principal Team objectives are the strategical improvement of the efficiency of the company's processes, as well as managing the systematic quality and effectiveness of business operations. This position is instrumental in enabling the team to achieve these objectives by handling and supporting business requirements during their lifecycle, particularly by development and release of solutions requirements (data migration and integration in particular) of various complexities, in line with defined project management plan and change strategy. Solutions are largely centred on re-engineering processes then automation and streamlining using Dynamics 365 as the key information management system within Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe Ltd across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. General Responsibilities: As a Dynamics 365 Data Lead Solution Definition Tasks - integration and data migration related * Specify, model and verify user story into detailed requirements and designs using a variety of analysis and modeling techniques to meet high quality standard. * Validate requirements and ensure they support the delivery of value. * Identify solution design options, analyze potential 'pros and cons' for each and recommend optimal solutions. * diagnosing the requirements for their particular work stream and the mapping of processes to the Dynamics solution, and also responsible for articulating any gaps where the standard Dynamics functionality cannot satisfy the Client's business requirements and specifying any custom development that needs to be brought within project scope. * Participate in implementation customization and configuration for D365 solutions Solution Development Tasks - integration and data migration related * Implementation of solution integration and transition (data migration). * Managing the migration and enrichment of data to be migrated from CRM 2013, Spreadsheets, SAP and SharePoint, also to assist with the analysis of data quality and the development of cleansing plans. * Ensuring that all development work executed against identified gaps adhere to industry standards. * Provide defect progress updates during testing and produce release notes for any scheduled code releases. * Responsible for the design of the integration solution to ensure that the integration requirements are met for the Dynamics solution. * In addition, responsible for the delivery of the integration data into the Dynamics solutions by obtaining data exports from pre-existing Legacy Systems. * Gather concerning points of integration that are in scope for testing. * Co-ordinate data loads into the test environments once built and execute those data loads. Also responsible for data load into the Dynamics solution at go-live. * Responsible for the data sets that are to be migrated to the new Dynamics solution, and for ensuring that the data has been appropriately cleansed ready for loading. * Ensuring that the staging area has been designed and built and is responsible for the data migration run-throughs. As User Acceptance Testing Lead User Acceptance Testing Tasks * Responsible for producing the Test Approach, and associated plans, and ensuring that all items and activities are executed to the required standard, including liaising with the Functional Consultant. * Co-ordination of test activity, and escalation of test issues, risks and concerns to the Project Management team. * Contribute to the creation of the Test Approach, and associated test plans and reports, * Support business specialist testing activities by writing useful testing scripts that are in line with key business scenarios and the new to-be processes. * Escalation of test issues, risks and concerns to Change and Project Manager. * Ensuring that all testing activities are carried out to the required standard, including both test scripts and test execution, and that all User Acceptance Testing exit criteria are met prior to sign-off. Person Specification: Essential: * BS Degree or higher in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline; * Proven experience of demonstrated experience developing MS Dynamics 365 (building forms, views, workflows, reports for UI, Custom Entities, Unified Interface); * Proven experience of demonstrated experience with MS Dynamics 365 application testing of configurations and customisations; * Experienced with Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, CDS/CDM, Flow, and Power BI) as well as developing Power BI tools; * Experience with latest programming languages and techniques, and extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications; * Familiarity wit
