This Vacancy The Neonatal Governance Co-ordinator will need to promote the neonatology risk management process, oversee and monitor the use of the DATIX system and co-ordinate the prompt and succinct management of neonatology complaints. About Us The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Jessop Wing is one of the largest tertiary referral unit in the country. It is also a lead centre for the Yorkshire and the Humber Operational Delivery Neonatal Network. Who we looking for The post holder will need to be a Nurse with a first degree or evidence of working towards one. They will need management experience, experience of managing change and be able to show good leadership qualities. The successful candidate will have a knowledge of audit and service improvement including the development of guidelines. Have experience of dealing with Datix and writing complaint responses and writing investigation reports.
