Overview
Job Description
Our client is a very well established firm of Independent Financial Planners with their Head Office based in Ellesmere Port. They are currently looking for a IFA Administrator to assist their Financial Planning team; Duties will include; * Processing new business applications in a timely and compliant manner * Liaising with product providers, clients and advisers as necessary * Inputting new business and maintaining and ensuring that new and existing records, both computerised and manual, are kept up to date * Produce client reviews/valuations * Follow Client Reporting Online Service procedures * Maintain client's cash accounts where income is required * Keep up to date with providers online wrap/platform services to aid with ongoing servicing of clients * Maintain GAD activities for clients in drawdown * Use of The Exchange for risk business, where applicable * Issue of annual statements to individual clients * To follow cases through to issue and payment * To send out policy documents and file copies * Filing - in accordance with in-house paperless office procedures * Provide general administrative and clerical support, as required * Answering telephone and re-directing calls as required. * Greeting individual callers and dealing with as required Any other ad hoc duties are instructed by Management Please go to the Asset Recruit website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages to view all our current job opportunities.
