Payroll Officer (Maternity Cover) Full-Time & Temp Cookstown, Co Tyrone Mon to Fri 8am-5pm Salary negotiable Zenrec Exclusive Company The Keystone Group is a market leader in the building materials and products markets in the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe providing materials to leading bluechip companies. The Keystone Group consists of Keystone Lintels, IG Lintels, Keylite Roof Windows, Smartroof, IG-Elements and IG Masonry Support Systems Job We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our client, a market leading, multi-site, manufacturing company working out of their impressive Cookstown facility. This will be a high volume, fast-paced position which will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to be proactive in approach. The main duties will include: Processing multi-site payrolls for weekly and monthly staff Ensuring payslips are completed in a timely fashion Liaise with other departments and managers in regards to wage increases etc. Accurate input of data from time & attendance system into payroll system Keep up to date with relevant legislation Criteria: 2 years' experience in payroll preferably in a multi-site capacity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comprehensive knowledge of PAYE, NI, Pension schemes and all statutory elements such as SMP, SSP etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (Our client reserves the right to expand on the above criteria to facilitate shortlisting) APPLY TODAY Our client is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community
