Absolute Translations is growing rapidly and to support its growth we are looking for new members for our back office operations team in a dynamic, supportive and friendly virtual environment, working remotely from home. The candidate should have a good level of English, however will, NOT be required to communicate directly with customers. All training will be provided. A good fast internet connection is essential.Candidate should be a Graduate in any stream with good command over written and spoken English and 2 to 3 years of working experience of Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point. Remuneration will depend on desired knowledge and skill Responsibilities * Comply with established processes Essential Skills * Must be graduate from any stream * Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role * Good written communication as well as interpersonal skills * Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint * Willing to work during UK GMT office hours * Analytical mind with problem solving skills * Can do attitude and willing to learn new skills * Eye for detail and accuracy * Fast and reliable broadband connection Responsibilities: Counting words on documents by hand and with our software Sorting out files and folders Data entry File preparation General administration Desirable skills * Experienced in working for companies remotely To apply for this position, please fill out the application form.
