Job description BPC Service Advisor Belfast Port Salary Negotiable Full-Time & Perm Mon-Fri (08:30-16:30) Job Role Present a positive image of the company, products and services offered at all times First point of contact for customers Highest level of customer service Proficient in use of computer systems inc Excel + Word Adhere to franchise and company standards Vital link between customer and workshop Customer bookings, preparation of paperwork and manage workshop loadings Process invoices and customer payments, maintain accurate customer records Provide advice on products and services, manage the organising + ordering of parts Agree customer requirements and work to deadlines Criteria: Retail sales- 2 years (Preferred) Service advisor - 1 year (Preferred) GCSE or equivalent (Preferred) Experience of Dealer Management Systems Full and valid UK driving licence Previous experience in Customer Service or Motor Franchise would be advantageous (Our client reserves the right to expand on the above criteria to facilitate shortlisting) APPLY TODAY Our client is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community
