Business Analyst - Agile, GDS experience - outside IR35 Our client in the public sector is currently searching for a number of Agile Business Analysts to join them on their high-profile digital transformation projects. Agile Business Analyst - The role As the Agile Business Analyst, you will be working on one or more agile projects, typically to help deliver a specific product or digital transformation via a multidisciplinary, highly skilled digital team. The Business Analyst will work with the client in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. Agile Business Analyst - Main responsibilities Working with the business in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. Working within a multidisciplinary team Helping to ensure products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of the project (Alpha/beta/production) Actively participating in the Business Analyst community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice. Agile Business Analyst - Skills and experience It's essential that you have: Proven experience working for a digital software/web development companies Project lead for the requirements process, building digital services end to end Work with the delivery team to translate the business vision into effective requirements to support development Create and present effective solutions to all stakeholder levels Work with the wider UX group to ensure usability and accessibility best practices Establish a high level of knowledge in the latest BA/UX methods and techniques Through understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (eg Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and working in an Agile environment If this is a match for your previous experience and sounds like your next contract move, apply now for more information.
