Our client is an established management company recruiting for a Client Side Project Manager. They provide full property life cycle services including construction and development, project management, funding, acquisitions, litigation and accounting. Your Skills/Experience should include; * Construction of Residential and Commercial Mixed Use Schemes. * Strong site and construction experience * Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying * Knowledge of Design and Procurement * Good Excel, Word.
