Job Description

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team cooking modern Mediterranean cuisine in a world famous restaurant. Located in central London close to Piccadilly Station we open for lunch and dinner every day serving up to 180 covers. The successful sous chef will work 5 strait shifts per week and will receive a salary of 32K. We aim to win rosettes in the next year and need a sous chef who can help lead and guide our tam of 23 chefs to produce high quality monthly changing menus using the very best seasonal produce. The sous chef will be hands on in the kitchen leading service as well as working closely with the Exec chef to develop menus, cost and budget food and staff, control stock, allergen and food hygiene paperwork.
