Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity based at our Cirencester Head Office to join our Marketing Communications team as Dealer Campaign Manager. The successful candidate for this role will develop and implement our dealer sales marketing, in a way that reflects and builds upon our national communications and marketing activity. Key responsibilities in the role include: * Develop a strategy for all dealership marketing, which supports the Mitsubishi brand and marketing strategies. To communicate this within the organisation, and the dealers through written communications and verbal presentations as agreed. * Work with the wider members of the Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistency and integration is achieved between dealer activity and CCC marketing and brand strategy. * Lead the planning, development and delivery of marketing activity, across all relevant channels to drive customer enquiries/engagement for new car sales, used cars, finance products and aftersales requirements in support of business targets. This could include but not be constrained to: * Quarterly campaigns * Production of campaign templates * Digital materials (eDMs, DR banners & SoMe ads) * Point of sale materials * CRM activities Mailers - National and Dealer * Events * Liaise with our agencies and other organisations to help develop effective and coordinated campaigns for the dealer network by acting as their representative. * Act as the primary point of best practice advice to dealers on their marketing activity across all channels, online and offline. To do this through; * Liaison across Marketing and Communications and the wider business in order to be sufficiently up to date with advice and support for dealers * Strong dialogue with dealers, Sales Operations and SVL/FM colleagues in order to act as the Voice of the Dealer in all communication plans * Plan and manage the Marketing Portal as an accurate, informative, up-to-date source of marketing materials and best practice guidance. * Management of Local Marketing Support programme and budgets, including management of the Agresso process for the dealer communications area, and after sales (product). * Work closely with the company Field teams, to support new dealer start up plans including budget management. * To monitor and review the effectiveness and compliance of dealer marketing activity inputting into wider evaluation and business reports as requested. * Respond to dealership communication queries as appropriate, both within Management and the dealer network. * To undertake regular dealer visits, promotions, events, meetings as required. * Ensure all relevant processes/documentation is J-SOX compliant. Skills required: * Extensive marketing experience from retail, FMCG, finance or automotive sectors * Experience of planning and managing marketing campaigns via different channels * Hold a relevant Degree or equivalent qualifications/experience * Budget management skills * Strong research and evaluation skills * Excellent relationship building skills * Able to work as part of a team or individually * Strong communication skills * An eye for detail We offer an excellent benefits package, including a favourable employee car ownership scheme.
