Job Description
My client is a principle contractor who require an experienced Project Manager for the development arm of the group. They are delivering new build, design and build for residential projects up to the value of 10 million. As the successful candidate toy will be a self-starter, highly organised individual who has a degree in property or construction and has worked client side for at least 12 , you are not expected to know all there is to know about taking a project from inception to completion from the point of view of being on the client side of the contract but they must understand what the steps are that make up the process.
