Sales Administrator Full-Time & Temp Cookstown, Co Tyrone Salary Negotiable Zenrec Exclusive Company We are looking for dynamic people who are commercially driven; self-motivated, well organized, have good communication skills and sound business awareness to be based in our Offices in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. Upon completion of 'on-the-job training', the successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative within our internal sales team, and liaise directly with our customers. Job Responsible for reception duties i.e. answering incoming calls, welcoming external customers to the office Manage customer queries via telephone, email and post Input and process sales orders for the full range of Keylite products Support external sales team with the management of customer databases on a daily basis, logging leads, updates etc on to the CRM system Carry out all sales administration roles - filing, faxing, posting, printing Produce sales order processing reports for senior management Criteria: Good organisational skills Confident telesales, with a focus on customer service Attention to detail is essential Competent in the use of various IT programmes, including Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritise, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a busy office environment (Our client reserves the right to expand on the above criteria to facilitate shortlisting) APPLY TODAY Our client is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community
