Our client is looking for a Sales Manager:
Master’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of progressive experience in managing technical sales team
Must be commercially aware of the US/ Caribbean software industry
Must be willing to learn new things and apply new strategies in order to grow the business
Must be able to liaison between customers and software developers
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Developing and driving sales strategies that are focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Documenting technical requirements & specifications
Host daily, weekly and monthly team meetings to ensure effective collaboration
Lead & direct the sales team towards continuous improvement and evaluate team performance
Ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals
Organize training sessions for the team to ensure conversion
Responsible for identifying touch points and utilizing them to improvise sales pitches & future developments
Will be responsible for creating a sustainable pathway for long-term sales plans
