Job Description
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to work within the Action Towards Inclusion programme as a Keyworker! This exciting and varied post focuses on empowering clients in their employment and education journeys by removing barriers associated with health, finances and skills. The ongoing management of a caseload of clients will put your organisational skills to the test. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support, assessing new clients and creating achievable action plans. You will be motivational, encouraging and approachable, ready to go the extra mile for our clients. Good communications skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and intervention partners will ensure your success in this post. It is essential for this role that you have a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes. If you feel you have what it takes to help people change their lives and gain independence, then we'd love to hear from you!
