To support out growth were hiring a Head of HR Operations to lead a team and expand our internal capabilities. Stowe Family Law LLP is the country's largest specialist family law firm with over 65 lawyers specialising in divorce, financial remedy and childcare across 23 offices. But, to build the UKs leading family law practice, we need to build the best HR team that the family law market has ever seen; thats where you come in. Your HR experience will help us grow, develop, retain and motivate our staff to help us meet our ambitious growth targets But you wont be alone. Youll be working within our People team, youll be given expert tools and more data and insight than anyone else has. Your recommendations will shape the very structure of our business and our operating model. In exchange for this, all we ask is that you join us in our journey to tripling our client base in three-years. Where is Stowe going? Backed by venture capital firm Living Bridge, were on a mission to almost triple our client base from 2,200 clients per year to 6,500. The family law space has languished, and we want to bring client-centric innovation and the best technologies and approaches modern-day marketing has to offer to supercharge our growth and the quality of service we deliver to our clients. Where do you fit in? Im glad you asked. Youll join our close-knit HR team whore based in Harrogate, however, were comfortable with you working remotely or from one of our other locations most of the time with flexibility to visit our Head Office or our other locations as the role may require. Reporting into Morna, our Director of Human Resources, youll support the delivery of our People Strategy and oversee operational excellence. This will involve leadership of our HR Ops team, leading change across the business, challenging organisational design, and supporting our leaders to drive performance within their teams. Were offering a salary of up 45-55k depending on experience, as well as in-house training and development, and freedom, flexibility and work-life balance.
