As a Care and Support Worker within the My Willows team, you will be closely supporting customers to enable them to do everything they need to do to live well. Essentially, you put the comfort, happiness and safety of our customers first - and do what you can to support them. My Willows provides a unique service tailored to suit our customers lifestyles, whether it be assistant with the weekly shop, assist a client to continue to enjoy a hobby, a bit of help round the home or a bit of company when attending social events. This service is currently available to customers throughout Exeter and surrounding area. A Care and Support Worker - My Willows is our most essential role and involves: * Helping our customers to remain in their own homes. * Guaranteed hours with set shift patterns on a two week rolling rota so you can plan around your home life * Providing companionship and making someone's day that little bit easier. * Understanding the care plan in place to support the customers we look after. * Keeping clear and accurate records of the care and support provided at each visit. What we need from you: * A caring, kind and empathetic approach. * To be passionate about making a difference. * Good communication skills. * To work flexibly on set shifts including weekends. * To be a car driver is essential. No experience is necessary as you will be given full training and support right from the outset.
