As a Programmatic Lead, you'll: * Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of media campaigns across all programmatic buying platforms * Be the programmatic expert on campaign performance and optimisation providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives * Build training materials and best practice documentation * Leverage first party and third-party data for targeting and insights * Oversee the work of four specialists, coaching where necessary, managing workflow and providing support to develop technical knowledge * Coordinate assets and ensure campaigns are delivered against KPI's * Responsible for overseeing pacing & performance across digital media programmatic portfolio * Recommend forward thinking strategies, innovations and technology to deliver growth in a scalable way * Proactively work with team on campaign set-up and optimization strategy * Work with the data and analytics teams to gain insights that can be incorporated into the strategy * Lead & own our programmatic ad tech stack; working closely with our internal marketing technology teams in identifying external vendors to build out our digital media buying, targeting, measurement & optimization capabilities * Lead & own programmatic media strategies across business units to support both branding & performance-based goals (ROI/CPL/CPA) * Drive thought leadership on programmatic measurement frameworks & solutions working closely with performance insights & data science teams * Serve as an internal expert in keeping the paid media team educated with latest industry developments, technologies & trends in the programmatic space * Develop process & intake workflows for campaign planning, creative, audience targeting, & best practice implementation * Define & oversee campaign planning & execution between the marketing team & agency staff * Own reporting narratives to surface insights on programmatic performance * Own reporting narratives to surface insights on programmatic performance Have you got what it takes? * Intermediate knowledge of programmatic marketing with experience overseeing 8+ figure programmatic budgets * Working buying experience with technologies DoubleClick Bid Manager & DV360 with * Intermediate experience with programmatic ad tech (Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs, Ad Networks.
