Programmatic Consultant About You * You have hands on experience of managing activity on the DV360 and Campaign Manager platforms. * Understanding of DV360 and Campaign Manager integrations with Studio and SA360. * As well as have experience of cross-product solutions with DV360, Campaign Manager and non-GMP technologies. * You will be proficient at identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues such as they relate to GMP technology. * Proficient at developing and documenting tailored implementation plans, then tracking progress. * Also developing internal and external reporting solutions. * Skilled at training others on operational tasks and providing consultative support. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets including use of pivot tables, formulae and macros. * Have the ability to effectively explaining complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. * Passionate about ad technology and how it can shape digital marketing efforts. * You will be excited about the opportunity to work in a new team as opposed to an established division. * You're a hands-on type, focused on detail and making things happen. Job Description We are looking for a Programmatic Consultant to join our team in London. The role will focus on advising our clients who operate DV360 & Campaign Manager. This will be a diverse role as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from Advertisers to Agencies with varying requirements from platform troubleshooting through to consulting on advanced projects. You will also be involved during the sales process with new prospects and project manage their successful on-boarding. Key Outcomes * Platform services and strategy are delivered in line with client objectives and expectations * Clients view DQ&A as trusted advisers * Work with other teams to deliver an integrated client experience across platforms, media and analytics * Develop client accounts through the up-sell of the consultancy services we can provide and the cross sell of other platforms within GMP and beyond in the Google Cloud Platform * Support and advise the new sales team with regards to new prospects and opportunities * Act as an expert adviser across the wider business on best practice implementation and the use of the DV360 and Campaign Manager About DQ&A DQ&A is a digital marketing consultancy with a focus on technology, data and people.
