Job Description

You will assist the Administration and Medical records department in providing comprehensive administration support to multiple users including patient travel. You will assist the Administration and Medical records department in providing comprehensive administration support to multiple users including patient travel. You will assist with exchange procedures including cash control in accordance with Standard Financial Instructions. You will cover reception duties where necessary and assist with stock checks / ordering and control systems in accordance with Standard Financial Instructions. Excellent keyboard skills required for producing reports, general correspondence, minutes and memos etc. using Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Intranet as required. You should have the ability to prioritise own work, good interpersonal / communicational skills / good organisational skills. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday however weekend work may be required occasionally.
