Head Chef The Skinny Kitchen are one of the hottest up and coming casual dining brands in Europe. Originating in Ibiza (doesn't get much cooler than that does it?) and now expanding into the UK market, the brand continues to grow across the country in its mission to become the world's number one provider of fresh, honest food. As the head chef, you will lead your team and represent the brand to ensure that all our core values are delivered from your kitchen. You will be there to make an impact, to do whatever it takes, to get the job done and be a leader and mentor to your team. Experience required - Running an extremely busy kitchen with a small team Working to a strict budget, labour and GP Menu planning and full understanding of restaurant operations You will be a passionate and loyal leader willing to go the extra mile Understand and have a passion for fresh, unique healthy food What you will do Oversee day to day operations of a busy kitchen and events catering including bottomless brunch events Ensure the kitchen is run with budgets and profitability at the forefront of all planning and every decision made Lead by example Ensure all hygiene standards are met Ensure all food specs and procedures set by the company are followed without fail at all times We will offer you all of this - 35,000- 40,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) Performance based bonus Pension plan Staff meals To be part of a great team Weekly/monthly staff incentives We have opportunities available over several locations and projects in London.
