Job Description

The role: Retail refrigeration engineer supporting the relevant operational region. The role is to provide field service and maintenance support to the regional customer base. Liaising with the Regional Supervisor and Service desk to support all customers. The position is open to a wide range of experience, with suitable training and development growth opportunities dependent on competence. Main Duties and Responsibilities include: * Commercial / Retail Refrigeration. * Call out duties * Service & Maintenance duties. * Health and Safety Knowledge to relevant skill set. * F-Gas register * Interaction and support with internal Projects sections Essential Skills and Qualifications: * Relevant service experience in the Retail and Commercial refrigeration sector, mobile service operations & associated controls. * F.gas registered * CO2 experience * Ability to operate on own initiative and as part of a team. * Ability to develop a good understanding of our customers business requirements and operations - Good communication skills * Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken - a 'can-do' attitude * Ability to work overtime when required * Sound knowledge of Health and Safety * Time Served Refrigeration Engineer * CITB Safety Passport. * City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling / CITB * City & Guilds 207 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. * NVQ1, 2 & 3 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. * Pressure Testing Competency. * Specific Manufacturers Training Courses.
