Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Strategist, on Criteo's Retail Media Program team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of both advertising technology and the retail landscape. Retailers are at the core of our business and it is up to the Retail Account Strategy, to ensure that we are able to develop a strong partnership. Make the complex seem simple. Retail Media is as much about selling a strategy as it is about software. You will be talking to retailers about the most profitable strategy in eCommerce, giving them new ideas and getting them excited about Retail Media. The RBD is essential as are the gatekeeper and driver of growth for a partner's retail media business. They are required to have deep knowledge of partner's business and translating our Retail Media offering to support and grow client initiatives. What will you be doing? This involves growing an existing book of e-commerce retail businesses. The individual is required to deepen relationships within partner organizations and coordinate across internal teams to ensure that all facets of the program are running smoothly: Strengthen existing and create new relationships with leading retail players in the UK Drive strategic priorities and goals for key partner growths Use business and analytical skills to grow and retain revenue with existing retail partners Ensure client retention / satisfaction Grow inventory and yield Increase adoption and penetration of new products Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews Act as the voice of the retailer with internal operational, technical and product stakeholders What do we NEED? Extensive digital media experience (or ecommerce) Passionate about technology and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the ecommerce industry Strong written and verbal communications skills Flexibility to think on your feet and experience developing creative customer solutions Self motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask Proven track record in client management Ability to forecast revenue opportunities Demonstrable knowledge of the Criteo Ad Stack, online advertising industry, and retail ecosystem Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving, startup environment A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed Have a "can-do" positive attitude and the willingness to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty with a small team environment At Criteo, we dare to be different.
