We are currently looking for Junior Translation Project Managers, with the scope to grow! If you have a language degree or have done a translation project management internship, then we would love to hear from you. Essential Skills * University degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies) or a degree in business administration * Multitasking and excellent time management * Flexibility to work independently, as part of a team but also under supervision * Customer focused, keen to exceed client expectations * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Team player with a winning attitude * An absolute 'can-do' attitude * Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Responsibilities * Coordinate translation projects throughout all the phases of the customer cycle, from customer enquiry to final project delivery. * Analyse the customers' documents and assign to the most suitable supplier. * Liaise with customer to clarify project status and assist with any queries or changes in the project scope. * Perform quality checks at various stages of the process to ensure quality and accuracy. * Negotiate deadlines and rates with existing and new suppliers. * Manage project timelines and ensure on time delivery. * Comply with established processes.
