Job Description

Hotel Services Assistant (Housekeeping) Long Fox Unit Weston-super-Mare Early Evening Supper shift Hours of work are 17.5 per week worked 15.00 to 18.30 The days are worked over a 3 week rota, working 5 days out of seven, which includes weekends and Bank Holidays We are looking for an enthusiastic person to come and join our team who provide a Catering service to the Wards at the Long Fox Unit which is situated in the grounds of Weston General Hospital. Catering duties include the reheating and service of Service User meals, the preparation of salads and sandwiches, washing up, and cleaning of the kitchen and dining rooms. Some cleaning duties are also included as part of the role. These can include the cleaning of bedrooms, sanitary areas, lounges, offices and corridors. Applicants should have a mature attitude and be flexible in their approach to hours and days of work. A Food Hygiene qualification would be desirable, but is not essential.
