ADI Global Distribution has been part of Resideo sinceOctober 2018 As a Spansih speaking Credit Analyst you will be experience providing a high level of customer service in a similar financial/credit role and have experience interacting with a variety of functional areas at various business sites around Europe related to customer disputes, invoice copies, proof of delivery, contract/PO issues, etc. In addition, you will provide monthly cash receipt forecasts and various analysis. Daily responsbilities: * Past due collections * Minimize Bad Debt * Maintain contact with customer * Analyse account statements * Resolve customer disputes * Recommend credit terms * Analyse payment trends * Provide monthly cash forecast * Take action on deliquent accounts * Promote customer satisfaction Essential skills: * Fluency in Spanish * Strong problem solving & analytical skills. * Finance, Customer Service, or Business experience. * Negotiation and influencing skills. * Working knowledge on SAP AR system . * Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft products. Basic Knowledge of accounting principles. * Improvement and results oriented mindset. * Basic knowledge of credit risk management You must have: * Bachelors degree
