Your new role The Sales Team is an integral part of the business driving growth across all product lines. The Sales Team Manager will lead by example and coach the Sales Team to achieve the targets set and contribute to the continued success and growth within the business. You will have experience and an in-depth knowledge of the sales process, developing new leads, and building relationships to ensure the future growth of the company. This opportunity requires a Sales Team Manager with a proven track record of leading and inspiring a Sales Team. This is a permanent job role with a competitive salary and bonus available. The main accountabilities of the role are as follows: * Help develop realistic budgets and targets for the sales operation * Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team * Develop a sales plan aimed at achieving the Company's sales objectives * Provide the daily management of the Sales Team including recruitment, training, motivation, appraisals * Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status * Innovate and contribute to improve internal business/commercial practices * Attend meetings, exhibitions, seminars etc in connection with Company business * You will be able to respond efficiently and effectively to any demands What you will need to succeed The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: * Ambitious * Innovative * Decisive * Previous experience in Sales Management with proven success of exceeding business targets * Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels * Proven track record of successfully managing the sales cycle from plan to close * Superb leadership ability including coaching skills * Ability to use data to drive Team performance * Industry or E-Commerce experience would be desirable * IT skills * Some knowledge of building products would be advantageous, however product training will be provided What you will get in return In addition to the competitive salary, bonus, and positive work environment available, this role provides a great opportunity to directly influence the growth of the business in the coming years.
