Job Description
Bank Receptionist X2 Band 2 - £18,600 to £20,606 pro rata Plus £1,074 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata Hours as Required For more information on living and working in the Western Isles visit the website: Applications are invited for the post of Bank Receptionist within the Western Isles Hospital main reception team who provide a 24 hour 7 days a week service for NHS Western Isles. This is a key post where you will be expected to provide outstanding customer service which contributes to a positive experience for patients, visitors and staff to the hospital. We are looking for applicants with good IT skills, strong communication skills, someone who works wells as part of a team, as well as having a flexible approach. Applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate an ability to deal with conflicting priorities and have an understanding of highly confidential information. Training for the position will be provided in-house. This post is subject to Disclosure Scotland checks. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
