RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Ideal candidate * will join a dynamic and fast-growing IT-oriented working environment, * will be a member of an international team, * will be responsible for the daily IT operations of the local branch. This includes 1st level support, interacting with the users of organization, escalating to the relevant internal teams when needed, creating and maintaining documentation, planning for future IT needs of the branch (infrastructure planning, budget), and assisting the local office and its manager in any other capacity if and when required. In addition, they may be required to provide technical support to employees of the company in all other locations if and when needed, * maybe requested to assist in the coordination efforts of IT-related activities across the organization, * will be given the opportunity to assist in the configuration, deployment and operation of the company's IT Infrastructure, * will assist in the company's IT-related FCA compliance efforts, * may be required to visit data centres and perform installations of IT equipment such as servers, switches etc., * may be required to participate in business trips. Requirements * A University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Digital Systems or another related discipline, * At least 3 years of proven working experience in IT, preferably in a similar role, * Fluency in English (both written and spoken), * Ability to communicate with users of all technical levels, * Strong organizational skills, * Other languages will be considered an advantage, * Other IT-related certificates will be considered an advantage (Microsoft MCSA / MCSE, ITIL or others). TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * IT Software and Hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting, * Local Networking configuration and Troubleshooting, * Employee IT Support, * Windows 10 administration, * Understanding of Windows-based infrastructure environments, * Windows Server and Systems administration and support experience will be considered as an advantage, * IT equipment purchasing experience will be considered an advantage.
