There is no prior experience required for this role as full training will be provided to candidates who are ambitious to develop themselves and have a keen interest in technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * headhunting * business development * taking job briefs * interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies * screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview * organising interviews and selection events * making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies * helping applicants to prepare for interviews * building long-term relationships with clients/candidates * attending industry events, meetups and conferences In return we offer a strong basic salary with a market-leading commission structure.
